大连地区孕妇碘营养状况及其对新生儿的影响

目的]探讨大连地区孕妇尿碘水平及孕妇、新生儿甲状腺功能情况，分析孕妇不同碘营养状况对新生儿的影响。方法]收集2007年1月～2009年5月大连医科大学附属第一医院就诊孕妇尿样标本1397例次进行碘含量检测并问卷调查了解碘摄入情况。于被调查人群中随机抽取172例次进行血清甲状腺功能测定，并收集同期分娩新生儿脐血67例进行甲状腺功能测定。结果]不同调查组孕妇中仍存在不同程度的缺碘状况，尤以早孕（60．1％）及饮食中乏碘者（63．0％）为著。被调查人群碘营养缺乏状况虽未导致孕妇及新生儿甲状腺功能出现明显异常，但新生儿TSH〉5mU／L者比例增加明显（9／32VS3／35，P=0．037）。结论]目前大连地区孕妇仍存在一定程度的碘缺乏状况。应重视对孕妇尿碘水平的监测，指导其科学补碘。

Iodine nutrition of pregnant women in Dalian and the effect on neonates
