| 摘 要： | 目的探讨左半结肠癌急性梗阻围手术期的处理和手术时机、手术方式的选择。方法对43例左半结肠癌急性梗阻进行外科治疗的临床资料作回顾分析。结果结肠癌一期切除吻合术35例,单纯乙状结肠双腔造瘘术4例,结肠癌切除,远端结肠封闭,近端结肠造瘘术4例。手术后并发症:切口感染6例,应激性溃疡2例,肠瘘2例,肺部感染2例。1例并发感染性休克、多脏器功能障碍综合征死亡,其余42例治愈出院。结论左半结肠癌急性梗阻手术方式多,一期切除吻合术是理想的手术方式。但要根据病人的全身情况,采取个体化的手术方式,降低手术风险。
