中西医联合治疗干眼症临床观察160例

目的通过对比中西医结合和单纯西药治疗干眼症,探讨二者的临床疗效。方法将从2006年1月到2009年2月门诊160干眼症患者随机平均分为实验组和对照组。1个月为一疗程,对照组行单纯西医治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加服中药方剂。治疗结束后分析总结实验结果。结果实验组总有效率为96.88%,对照组总有效率为81.76%,二者相比具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医联合治疗干眼症药效持久温和,疗效显著,毒副作用小,是一种值得在临床上推广和应用的方法。

Clinical Observation of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on 160 Cases of Patients with Xeroma

Objective Through contrasting of the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine and the pure western medicine in treatment of xeroma,to explore the clinical curative effect of the both.Methods 160 cases of outpatients with xeroma for treatment from January 2006 to February 2009 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group on average.One month group for a period,the control group were treated with pure western medicine therapy,and the experimental group were treated with the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine on the base of the therapy of the control group.The results were summarized and analyzed after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.88%,and total effective rate of the control group was 81.76%.the both compared,showed significant statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine showed mild and lasting drug effect,high efficacy and low side effect,so it deserves popularizing and applying in clinical work.
