| 摘 要： | 支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)和细胞类型的分析是诊断弥漫性实质性肺疾病(DPLD)的一个常规检测手段。虽然BALF很少能确诊病因,但其预测价值使很多少见病的诊断成为可能,同时可排除感染和肿瘤。本文就有关BALF对DPLD的诊断价值的报道做一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Bronchoalveolar lavage(BALF)and analysis of cellular type are a routine measurement for diffuse parenchymal lung diseases(DPLD).BALF can rarely be taken for diagnosis in etiology,but its predictive value makes the possibility for diagnosis of rare diseases,and at the same time it can exclude the tumor and infection.In this article we review the reports on diagnosing value of BALF to DPLD. |
