TCT联合检测宫颈癌的分析

目的：探讨宫颈液基细胞学检查（liquid-based cytologic test,TCT）联合HPV-DNA亚型检测对于筛查宫颈癌的价值和意义。方法：对2008～2009年到我院检查宫颈健康的妇女进行宫颈液基细胞学联合HPV-DNA亚型检测,按TBS细胞分类法进行细胞学诊断,并与TCT对宫颈癌的单独检测作比较,比较两种方法的检出率。结果：TCT联合HPV-DNA检测总检出率为21.0%,组织学阳性病例检出率为70.9%,组织学阴性病例检出率为4.5%,均显著高于TCT单独检测,有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：HPV-DNA亚型检测联合TCT是筛查早期宫颈病变的最佳选择,能明显提高诊断的准确性和早发现癌前病变。

Analysis of TCT joint detection in cervical cancer screening

Objective： To explore the value and clinical applications of liquid-based cytologic test（TCT） united HPV-DNA subtype detection in cervical cancer screening.Methods： Women made routine inspection for cervix uteri in our hos-pital from 2008 to 2009 were detected by TCT and HPV-DNA subtype,according to TBS cell-sorting on cytology diagno-sis and classification.Detection rate of TCT united HPV-DNA subtype detection was compared with alone TCT.Results： Detection rate of TCT united HPV-DNA was 21.0%,detection rate of histological positive cases was 70.9%,negative cases was 4.5%,were significantly higher than a single test,there was a significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Detection of TCT united HPV-DNA subtype is optimal choice in cervical lesions screening,can obviously improve accuracy and ear-ly find out lesions.
