右室双出口的彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断

目的 探讨二维超声心动图和彩色多普勒血流显像诊断右室双出口（DORV）的价值。方法　共32例患者，男19例，女13例，其中31例经超声心动图检查诊断，1例手术后诊断为右室双出口。所有病例超声心动图检查结果与手术或心血管造影结果对照。结果　本组右室双出口的超声诊断符合率为93．8％（30／32），1例误诊为法洛四联症。超声分型的诊断符合率也为93．8％（30／32）。狭窄部位最常见为肺动脉瓣狭窄，占65．6％（21132）。结论　二维超声心动图与彩色多普勒血流显像结合对右室双出口诊断、分型和合并畸形的检出具有重要价值。

The value of color Doppler echocardiography in diagnosis of double outlet right ventricle

Objective To evaluate the accuracy and clinical values of two-dimensional echocardiography(2DE) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in diagnosing double outlet right ventricle (DORV). Methods Of the 32 patients, there were 31 cases of DORV were diagnosed by 2DE and CDFI, 1 case was diagnosed by operation. The findings of all cases were compared with that of operation or angiography. Results The diagnostic accuracy was 93.8%(30/32),1 case was misdiagnosed as the tetralogy of allot. The accuracy in classification of DORV by 2DE was 96.8%(30/31). The most common site of stenosis was in pulmonary valva. Conclusion 2DE with CDFI is of important value in diagnosis, classification of DORV and in detection of accompanied malformation.
