战士腰椎间盘突出症196例的非手术治疗

目的总结战士腰椎间盘突出症的治疗经验。方法对196例战士腰椎间盘突出症采用绝对卧硬板床休息3～4周;用普通骨盆牵引床给予持续牵引;急性期给予静滴地塞米松、甘露醇、复方丹参等消炎脱水活血治疗。结果全组病例均获得8个月～3年的随访,133例治愈,42例显效,15例好转,6例无效。结论非手术性综合治疗,对战士椎间盘突出症疗效满意。

Conservative Therapy on 196 Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Hernia

Objective To summarize the therapeutic experiences in lumbar intervertebral disc hernia of soldiers. Methods All the 196 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia were required to stay absolutely in beds made of hard boards for three or four weeks, and were given pelvic traction persistently. Additionally, the patients at acute stage were administered with dexamethasone, mannitol and compound root of red-rooted salvia.Results According to 8~24 months' follow-up, there were 133 patients who gained heal-up, 42 ones clear effect, 15 ones improved, and six ones without any responses to the therapy. Conclusion It is satisfying that soldier patients with lumbar intervertebral disc hernia are treated conservatively.
