| 摘 要： | 目的分析来宾市艾滋病（AIDS）流行趋势，为制定AIDS防治对策提供科学依据。方法对来宾市1997—2007年HIV／AIDS常规监测、哨点监测及专题调查资料进行分析。结果1997—2007年来宾市累计检出艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染者1102例，AIDS病人381例，检出的HIV／AIDS逐年增多，死亡72例，病例以青壮年为主。三种传播途径共存。传播途径以吸毒为主，从1997年的100％降至2007年的15．56％；性传播由1997年的0．00％上升到2007年的52．77％。流行涉及全市4县1市1城区，具有明显的地域聚集性。结论来宾市近年艾滋病疫情发展迅速，已由高危人群向一般人群扩散，进入快速增长期，需加大防制力度，遏制艾滋病蔓延。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the prevalent features and trend of HIV/AIDS in Laibin City. Methods The data of HIV/AIDS the period of from 1997 to 2007 in Laibin was collected analyzed. Results There 1 102 positives with HIV and 381AIDS cases with 72 deaths. Most of the cases were young with ratio of men to women of 2.31:1. The disease were transmitted through 3 routes,mainly through drug using. But sexual transmission showed increasing trend,from 0 in 1997 to 52.77% in 2007.
