| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨川芎嗪注射液对血管内皮细胞DNA合成的影响。方法 :采用3H -TdR掺入法 ,测定经川芎嗪注射液作用后体外培养的人脐静脉血管内皮细胞的放射性强度 (CPM )值。结果 :川芎嗪注射液可显著降低血管内皮细胞的CPM值 ,且均呈剂量依赖性。结论 :川芎嗪注射液抑制肿瘤血管生成的作用可能与其抑制血管内皮细胞DNA合成有关。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of ligustrazine injection(LTZ)on DNA synthesis of vascular endothelial cell.METHODS:In vitro cultured cell line of human umbilical vein endothelial cells,ECV304,were adopted to measure the efˉfects of LTZ on DNA synthesis by 3 H-TdR incorporation.RESULTS:LTZ could inhibit DNA synthesis of ECV304in a dose-dependent manner.CONCLUSION:The mechanism of anti-angiogenesis of LTS might be associated with inhibiting DNA synthesis of vascular endothelial cell. |
