辨证分型联合西药治疗慢性胃炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗慢性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将100例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊，20mg／次，2次／d。硫糖铝咀嚼片，1g／次，4次，d，饭前睡前空腹口服。硫糖铝咀嚼片1h之后再服奥关拉唑肠溶胶囊。腹胀加服潘立酮片，10mg／次，3次／d。治疗组50例辨证分型。肝胃气滞，柴胡疏肝散；脾虚胃热，半夏泻心汤；脾胃虚弱，香砂六君子汤；胃阴不足，益胃汤。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程（56d），判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈25例，显效18例，有效5例，无效2例，总有效率96．00％。对照组痊愈15例，显效15例，有效10例，无效10例，总有效率80．00％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗慢性胃炎效果显著，值得推广使用。

After lh re sucralfate chewable omeprazole enteric-coated capsules. Bloating plus service domperidone tablets , 10mg / time, 3 times/ d. Treatment group of 50 patients Syndromes . Liver and stomach qi stagnation , CHSGS ; spleen stomach , BanxiaxiexinTang ; spleen and stomach, Xiangsha Liujunzi ; stomach yin deficiency , stomach soup. Western medicine with the control group . 28d continuous treatment in both groups as a course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy . [ Results ] The cure in 25 cases, 18 cases markedly effective in 5 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.00% . Cured15 cases in the control group , 15 cases , 10 cases , 10 cases , the total efficiency of 80.00% . Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] syndrome type combined western medicine treatment of chronic gastritis effect is significant and should be introduced.
