大黄乌梅汤灌肠联合消胀散贴敷治疗肝源性腹胀随机平行对照研究

目的]观察大黄乌梅汤灌肠联合消胀散贴敷治疗肝源性腹胀疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法．将76例门诊及住院患者患者按随机数字表法分为两组．对照组38例乳果糖。15mL／次．3次／d．口服。治疗组38例大黄乌梅汤（大黄10g、乌梅20g），1剂／d，水煎80～100mL，1次／d，灌肠。消胀散（麝香、生三棱、木香、生莪术、冰片、生水蛭各15～20g，冰片3g，葱白1根），捣成糊状并加入少量食用醋及蜂蜜平摊在两片麝香止痛膏中央．脐上贴敷。24h/次。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效20例，有效16例．无效2例，总有效率94．74％。对照组显效18例，有效14例。无效6例，总有效率84．21％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。腹胀情况两组均有改善（P〈0．05），治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]大黄乌梅汤灌肠联合消胀散贴敷治疗肝源性腹胀效果显著．值得推广。

Results ] The treatment group 20 cases were markedly effective, effective in 16 eases, ineffective in 2 eases, total effective rate was 94.74%. The control group 18 eases had marked effect, 14 effective, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 84.21%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈 0.01 ） . Abdominal distension of two groups were improved （ P〈z 0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Rhubarb plum soup enema. Conclusion ] Joint swelling elimination dispersion were applied in treatment of liver grafts abdominal distension effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
