小建中汤合膈下逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察小建中汤合膈下逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将62例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组31例奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊，20mg／次，2次／d；果胶铋，100mg／次，2次／d。HP阳性加服阿莫西林胶囊，1g／次，3次／d；7d后转为阴性，停用阿莫西林，如为阳性再服7d。治疗组31例小建中汤联合膈下逐瘀汤。小建中汤（桂枝、生姜各9g，大枣2枚，炙甘草6g，芍药18g）；膈下逐瘀汤（桃仁、当归各9g，灵脂、川穹、赤芍、乌药各6g。肝胃不和加川芎、柴胡10g；脾胃虚弱加白术炒10g）。1剂／d，水煎200mL，早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效24例，有效6例，无效1例，总有效率96．77％。对照组显效11例，有效12例，无效8例，总有效率74．19％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]小建中汤合膈下逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著，值得推广。

[ Conclusion ] XiaoJian soup and diaphragm by stasis soup combined western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, is worth promoting.
