针刺联合艾灸治疗痰浊中阻型梅尼埃病70例临床观察

目的]观察针刺联合艾灸治疗痰浊中阻型梅尼埃病疗效。方法]对70例门诊患者使用针刺加艾灸方法治疗。取穴，足三里、内关、晕听区、百会为基本穴位，痰浊上扰加丰隆穴；肝肾阴虚兼肝阳上亢加太冲穴、三阴交穴；先取体穴，进针得气后留针，时间为30min；再取百会穴，向前平刺8分，强刺激，留针；后取晕听区，用2．5寸毫针刺入皮下，随后沿头皮平刺，待达到该区深度后固定深度并左右捻转，捻转次数应〉200次／min，继续捻转2～3min后留针；于百会穴使用艾条灸，以有热感传导为度，1次／d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程（30d，疗程间间隔3d），判定疗效。结果]完全控制20例，基本控制34例，部分控制12例，未控制4例，病情加重O例，总有效率为94．29％。结论]针刺联合艾灸治疗痰浊中阻型梅尼埃病效果显著，值得推广。
