松龄血脉康胶囊对白大衣高血压血压变异性影响随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察松龄血脉康胶囊对白大衣高血压血压变异性影响疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将63例门诊及住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例行24h动态血压检查，不使用药物干预（用于排除观察期间气气候、季节变化等可能对数据的影响）。治疗组33例松龄血脉康胶囊，1．5g／次，3次／d。连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程（6个月），判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例，有效6例，无效4例，总有效率86．67％。对照组显效00例，有效2例，无效31例，总有效率6．06％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。血压指标两组均有改善（P〈0．05），治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]松龄血脉康胶囊对白大衣高血压血压变异性影响效果显著，值得推广。
