丹参软胶囊联合西药治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察丹参软胶囊联合西药治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将98例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组49例，拜阿司匹灵100mg／次，1次／晚。辛伐他汀片40mg／次，1次／晚。富马酸比索洛尔片2．5mg／次，1次／d。单硝酸异山梨酯片40mg/次L，1次／d。治疗组49例丹参软胶囊3粒／次，3次／d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测心绞痛发作情况、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。结果]心绞痛发作持续时间、频率两组均有改善（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；心电图改善治疗组与对照组无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论]丹参软胶囊联合西药治疗心血瘀阻型心绞痛疗效满意，无明显不良反应，毒副作用小，安全可靠，值得推广。

Soft Capsule Combined with Western Medicine Salvia Blood Stasis Angina Randomized Controlled Study

Objective ] Salvia soft capsule combined with western medicine blood stasis angina pectoris. Methods ] Usingrandomparallel control method, 98cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method, Control group 49 cases Aspirin, 100mg/times, qn Simvastatin, 40mg/times, qn.Bisoprolol fumarate pesos 2.Smg/times, qd.Isosorbide mononitrate, 40mg/ times, qd.Treatment group 35 cases, Salvia soft capsules 3/times, tid.Western medicine treatment with the control group. 15 days continuous treatment for 1course of treatment. Observed before and after treatment of angina episodes and electrocardiogram changes and adverse reactions. 2 courses of treatment continuously, judge curative effect. Results ] Angina attack duration, frequency in both groups improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; Electrocardiogram improve treatment group and control group had no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Soft Capsule Combined with Western Medicine Salvia blood stasis angina satisfaction, no significant adverse reactions, drug side effects, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical use.
