针刺与康复训练联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针刺与康复训练联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法．将60例住院患者按随机数字表分为两组．均按照神经内科诊疗常规对症支持治疗。对照组30例康复训练：运动治疗（PT）＋作业治疗（OT）．治疗组30例针刺：头针＋体针．留针30min，每隔10min行针1次，1次／d，每周针刺6d：康复训练同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS评分）、日常生活能力评分（改良Barthel指数）、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈3例．显效8例，有效19例，无效1例，总有效率96．00％。对照组痊愈1例，显效4例，有效21例，无效5例．总有效率83．00％。治疗组证候疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。NIHSS评分、改良Barthel指数治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]针刺与康复训练联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期。疗效满意．无副作用．值得推广。

Control group cured one case, 5 cases markedly effective in 18 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency 80.00%. Syndromes treated better than the control group （P〈0.05） . NIHSS score, modified Barthel index to improve the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion ] acupuncture combined with western medicine rehabilitation QDBS stroke recovery, results were satisfactory, no side effects, is worth promoting.
