慢性胃炎中医证候学临床分析

[目的]对慢性胃炎中医证候学进行临床分析。[方法]选取来自内蒙古医科大学附属中医医院内科消化慢性胃炎患者480例。进行中医证候流行病学调查．中医证候胃黏膜神经内分泌免疫调节研究45例，确诊为慢性胃炎。慢性胃炎中医证候表现为脾胃虚弱证、脾虚痰湿证、脾胃湿热证。每组症候患者数均为15例。正常对照组15例。对三组进行降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）和胃泌素（Gas）检测以及CD4和CD8的检测。[结果]脾虚痰湿证组与脾胃虚弱证组相比较．胃黏膜胃泌素Gas含量呈上升趋势。与脾胃虚弱证组相比较．脾虚痰湿证组CGRP含量和脾胃湿热证组胃黏膜Gas含量均有明显升高：与脾胃虚弱证组相比．脾虚痰湿证组和脾胃湿热证组每个视野内的胃黏膜CD4阳性细胞面积明显增大，脾虚痰湿证组和脾胃湿热证组相比较．每个视野内的胃黏膜CD4阳性细胞面积没有明显差异，每个视野内胃黏膜CD4阳性细胞面积。三组证候间没有明显差异。[结论]T淋巴细胞免疫、胃黏膜神经内分泌在慢性胃炎以及慢性胃炎不同中医证候的发展演变过程中占有重要的地位．不同证候具有不同特点。

Chronic Gastritis TCM Syndrome Clinical Analysis

[ Objective ] Chronic gastritis clinical syndromes science research and analysis . [ Methods ] 480 cases from Inner Mongolia subsidiary of Chinese Medicine Hospital Medicine Medical patients with chronic gastritis, digestive conducted syndromes epidemiological investigation conducted syndromes number of patients with gastric endocrine neuroimmunomodulation research work in this investigation up 45 cases , after a medical examination diagnosed as chronic gastritis. Chronic gastritis syndromes showed spleen and stomach , spleen phlegm , spleen syndrome , the symptoms are the number of patients in each group , 15 cases of normal control patients also 15 cases.Three groups of syndromes were detected on calcitonin gene-related peptide （ CGRP ） and gastrin （ Gas ） , and detection on CD4 and CD8. [ Results ] Spleen and stomach, spleen phlegm, spleen syndrome which three different syndromes relationship with gastric neuroendocrine hormones , spleen phlegm group compared to the group with the spleen and stomach , gastric gastrin Gas levels rise, compared with a weak stomach syndrome group , spleen phlegm group CGRP levels and gastric Gas spleen syndrome group were significantly elevated levels ; relationship with gastric symptoms on the same cellular immunity, and stomach compared weakness syndrome group , spleen phlegm syndrome group group and spleen CD4 -positive ceils in gastric mucosa area of each field of view significantly increased, while the spleen phlegm group and spleen syndrome group compared within each field of view no significant difference CD4 positive cells in the gastric mucosa , within each field on CD4 positive cells in the mucosa , no significant differences among the three groups designate card. [ Conclusion ] T lymphocyte immune , gastric neuroendocrine evolution of chronic gastritis and chronic gastritis in different syndromes process plays an important role , but not the same syndrome that has a different mode characteristics.
