针药结合神灯照射治愈舌咽神经痛1例

报告1例针药结合神灯照射治疗舌咽神经痛取风池、合谷、人迎、廉泉、列缺、照海、上关、颊车、支沟、颈部阿是穴，0．25mm×40mm毫针针刺，强刺激，留针30min，1次／d．结合神灯照射；配合芪血通络片治疗，疼痛大为缓解，脉象由弦紧转为和缓，舌质淡，苔白，睡眠、饮食基本恢复正常；续针1个疗程，原方加悬钟、三阴交、太冲，睡眠、饮食完全正常，偶有咳嗽时咽部微痛。停针观察．一切正常，随访1年，来复发。操作简便，起效快，疗效好。
