| 摘 要： | 目的]观察小针刀、针灸、大秦艽汤与牵正散联合星状神经阻滞治疗面神经麻痹疗效。方法]将128例住院及门诊患者进行小针刀、针灸、大秦艽汤＋牵正散、星状神经阻滞综合治疗。连续治疗lOd为1疗程。观测临床症状、唇、颔、舌运动、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。结果]痊愈104例，有效21例，无效3例，总有效率97．65％。结论]星状神经阻滞联合综合疗法治疗面神经麻痹效果显著，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective ] to observe the Star Shaped Nerve Block combined therapy for facial paralysis. Methods ] 128 inpatients and outpatients were Star Shaped Nerve Block, acupuncture, acupotomy, daqinjiao Decoction ＋ Qianzheng powder treatment. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Results ] 104 cases were cured, 21 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 97.65%. Conclusion ] Star Shaped Nerve Block combined therapy has remarkable effect for the treatment of facial paralysis, is worth popularizing in the clinic. |
