头针、推拿、艾灸治疗小儿功能性遗尿症42例临床观察

[目的]观察头针、推拿、艾灸治疗小儿功能性遗尿症疗效。[方法]对42例住院患者使用头针、推拿、艾灸治疗。治疗时先头针，留针期间作推拿治疗，拔针后再用灸法；1次／d。①头针治疗：头针取穴顶中线、额旁三线，进针时先分开头发，穴位常规消毒，沿刺激区以30°夹角迅速刺入皮下，以150～200次／min的频率行捻转手法，10min捻转一次，留针30min。②推拿治疗：患儿仰卧，补脾经补肺经，补肾经揉外揉劳，推三关各300次，推丹田100次，按揉三阴交100次；然后，患儿俯卧，按揉肾腧100次，后横擦腰骶部2min，以透热为度。最后，捏脊3～5遍，结束手法治疗。③艾灸治疗：患儿仰卧，取清艾条一根点燃于关元穴处熏灸20min，以局部皮肤潮红为度。连续治疗10d为1疗程，疗程间间隔3d，再进行下一个疗程治疗。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程，判定疗效。[结果]痊愈34例，显效6例，无效2例，总有效率95．24％。[结论]头针、推拿、艾灸治疗小儿功能性遗尿症效果良好。
