电针联合穴位敷贴治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫随机平行对照研究

目的]观察电针结合穴位敷贴治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将70例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组35例电针，针刺得气后留针，接通电针仪，肩骼与手三里一组，环跳与阳陵泉一组，疏密波，频率为4／20Hz，以肌肉微颤为宜，30min／次，3次／周。治疗组35例敷贴，气海、大椎、命门，将药物贴于针刺后1h敷贴在相应穴位，连续敷贴〉4h，1次／d。电针治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医证候评分疗效、不艮反应。治疗1疗程（28d），判定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈5例，显效25例，有效15例，无效5例，总有效率85．71％。对照组治愈0例，显效5例，有效20例，无效10例，总有效率71．43％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。中医证候评分疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]电针联合穴位敷贴治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫效果显著，值得推广。
