枇杷清肺饮联合西药治疗痤疮随机平行对照研究

目的]观察枇杷清肺饮联合西药治疗痤疮疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将98例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组49例罗红霉素，300mg/次，3次／d，口服。西米替丁，0．4g／次，3次／d，口服。维胺酯软膏外敷，1～2次／d，适量外敷。治疗组49例，枇杷清肺饮（桑白皮15g，白花蛇舌草30g，生甘草眙，赤芍13g，黄芩、麦冬各9g，知母、生地黄各log，五味子11g），1剂／d，水煎120mL，2次／d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效40例，有效7例，无效2例，总有效率95．92％。对照组显效18例，有效23例，无效8例，总有效率83．67％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]枇杷清肺饮联合西药治疗痤疮效果显著，值得推广。

Results ] Treatment group 40 cases, 7 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.92%.The control group was 18 cases, effective 23 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total efficiency of 83.67%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Combined with western medicine in the treatment of acne effect loquat Qingfei drink, worthy of promotion.
