疏血通联合a-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变45例临床观察

[目的]观察疏血通联合a-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用多中心等效性随机平行对照（前瞻性设计、回顾性分析、临床观察）方法，将90例住院患者按照随机数字表方法分为两组，对照组45例，治疗组45例疏血通6．5mL加入0．95％生理盐水280mL，1次／d，滴注；西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3周为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程后对两组患者的疗效进行比较。[结果]治疗组：显效30例、有效11例、无效4例，总有效率为91．1％；对照组：显效23例、有效12例、无效10例，总有效率为77．8％，治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。[结论]疏血通联合a-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变，疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。

Shuxuetong Joint a -lipoic Acid Treatment of 45 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[ Objective ] Observing Shuxuetong joint a - lipoic acid＇ s treatment efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy . [ Methods ] Used multi-center randomized parallel group equivalence （ prospectively designed , retrospective analysis of clinical observation ） method, 90 cases of hospitalized patients were divided into two groups of 45 cases , 45 cases in the control group , the treatment group according to the random number table method Shuxuetong 6.5mL added 0.95% saline 280mL, 1 time / d, drip ; western medicine with the control group . Treatment Continued three weeks as one course , then observe the clinical symptoms, biochemical parameters, adverse reactions. After a course of treatment efficacy in two groups of patients were compared. [ Results ] The treatment groups ： 30 cases markedly effective in 11 cases , 4 cases , the total effective rate was 91.1% （ 41 /45 ） ; the control group ： 23 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 10 cases , total effective rate was 77.8 % （ 35/45 ） , the treatment group was significantly higher total efficiency （ P〈0.05 ）, a statistically significant difference . [ Conclusion ] The result of Shuxuetong joint a - lipoic acid treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, were satisfactory, and no side effects, it was worth to promote.
