肉桂粉联合常规治疗脾肾阳虚证中风后认知功能障碍随机平行对照研究

目的]观察肉桂粉联合常规治疗脾肾阳虚证中风后认知功能障碍疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将94例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组42例抗血小板聚集，阿司匹林。100mg／次，1次／d，口服。神经保护剂胞，胞二磷胆碱0．25g＋5％葡萄糖注射液250mL，1次／d，静滴。治疗组52例肉桂粉，肉桂磨粉，5g／次，1次／d，口服。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、CSS评分、MMSE评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程．判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈4例，显效27例，有效16例，无效5例，总有效率90．38％。对照组痊愈2例，显效14例，有效15例，无效11例，总有效率73．81％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。CSS、MMSE评分治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]肉桂粉联合常规治疗脾肾阳虚证中风后认知功能障碍效果显著．值得推广．
