推拿联合穴位注射治疗肩周炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察推拿联合穴位注射治疗肩周炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将180例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组60例穴位注射，以肩周的肩前、肩髑、肩后、臂腑穴为主。治疗组120例推拿治疗。并嘱患者自行功能锻炼：①用松解放松法；②用运动关节法。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈81例，显效22例，有效13例，无效0例，总有效率100．00％。对照组痊愈81例，显效22例，有效13例，无效0例，总有效率95．00％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]推拿联合穴位注射治疗肩周炎效果显著，值得推广。
