穴位敷贴联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察穴位贴敷配合半夏白术汤治疗眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将60例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例半夏白术汤（半夏、白术、天麻各10g，茯苓15g，陈皮10g，甘草6g），水煎450mL，1剂／d，早中晚3次饭后温服。治疗组30例，穴位贴敷（易泰宁神阙贴），主穴：风池、合谷、太阳；配穴：丰隆、三阴交、足三里。1次／贴，4h／次。中药内服同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、眩晕分级量化标准评分、不良反应。随访3月了解复发情况。治疗1疗程，判断疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例，显效10例，有效4例，无效1例，总有效率96．67％。对照组痊愈8例，显效9例，有效6例，无效7例，总有效率76．67％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]穴位贴敷配合半夏白术汤治疗眩晕疗效显著，值得推广。

Acupoint Sticking Therapy Combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in Treating Vertigo Randomized Controlled study

[ Objective ] Observed Acupoint Sticking Therapy Combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in Treating Vertigo. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled method, 60 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group, 30 cases oryzanol, treated only by Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction. Treatment group 30 cases was treated no only by Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction, hut also using acupoint Sticking Therapy. Continuous treatment 14d as a course of treatment, observation of clinical symptoms, therapeutic index, continuous treatment of a course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results J Treatment group cured 15 cases, 10 cases markedly, effective 4 cases, invalid in 1 case, the total effective rate 96.67%. A March follow-up without recurrence in 1 cases. In the control group cured 8 cases, 9 cases markedly, effective in 6 cases, invalid in 7 case, the total effective rate 76.67%. There were 5 cases of recurrence was followed up for 3 months. Short term and long-term clinical effect in the treatment group than the control group（ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Acupoint sticking effect of Banxia Baizhu decoction in the treatment of vertigo disease significantly, worthy of promotion.
