痰热清注射液联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察痰热清注射液联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将258例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组129例头孢呋辛钠80～100mg／（kg·d），1次／d，静滴。治疗组129例痰热清注射液，0．5～0．8mL／（kg·d）＋100～250mL葡萄糖注射液，1次／d，静滴。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈82例，有效38例，无效9例，总有效率93．02％。对照组治愈64例，有效34例，无效31例，总有效率75．97％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]痰热清注射液联合头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效显著，值得推广。

Phlegm Heat Joint Cefuroxime Sodium Injection Treatment of Children with Bronchopneumonia Random Parallel Control Study

[ Objective ] To observe the phlegm hot clear joint cefuroxime sodium injection treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 258 cases of hospitalized patients in clinic order numbering method were randomly divided into two groups. The control group, 129 cases of cefuroxime sodium 192 - 100 rag/ （ kg · d ）, l/d, static drops. Treatment group, 129 cases of phlegm heat injection, 0.5 - 0.8 mL/ （ kg · d ） ＋100 - 250 mL glucose injection, once a/d, static drops. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 82 cases cured, improvement in 38 cases, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 93.02%. 34 cases, control group 64 cases of recovery, improved 31 cases, total effective rate was 75.97%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Phlegm heat. [Conclusion ] Joint cefuroxime sodium injection treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia curative effect is distinct, worthy of promotion.
