中医药治疗前列腺癌机制研究简况

中医药多靶点抑瘤抗转移的作用机制，特别在调节免疫系统、抗肿瘤血管生成（抑制蛋白降解酶活性、抑制血管生长因子）、调控肿瘤细胞凋亡（阻滞细胞周期、调控凋亡基因、调控信号通路）、细胞自噬功能失调等方面的机制研究有了一定的进展，为中医药治疗前列腺癌、稳定病灶、延长生存期等方面提供了依据。中医药在治疗难治性激素非依赖前列腺癌，提高患者生存质量方面凸显优势，具有多靶点效应和整体调理的作用，是前列腺癌多学科治疗的重要手段之一。中药复方成分复杂，具有较多的作用靶点，但基本上是在动物身上体现，临床试验较少，未能很好地反映体内的药代动力学及作用机制。未来期待中医药抗肿瘤要注重整体效应，不仅单从某一个指标来解释，更要着眼于各指标或因子间的相互作用，以整体调节作用阐述其抗肿瘤的作用机制；使用中药复方如何体现辨证，也许可通过证型与所研究基因、干细胞的相关性间接地反映辨证，会是未来的研究方向之一。
