艾灸对高脂血症大鼠血脂影响随机平行对照研究

目的]探讨艾灸不同配穴对高脂血症大鼠模型血脂影响差异。方法]建立高脂血症SD大鼠模型。将48只SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为6组：正常空白组、模型对照组、艾灸1组（中脘）、艾灸2组（中脘配阴陵泉）、艾灸3组（中脘配丰隆）、艾灸4组（中脘配丰隆与阴陵泉），87,／组。造模成功后，各艾灸组分别按每穴每日5min艾灸14d。测定大鼠血清甘油三脂（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）。结果]模型对照组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL—C均升高，HDL—C降低（P〈0．05）。与模型对照组比较，不同穴位艾灸组均可降低模型大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C，升高HDL—C（P〈0．05）。在降低TG、TC、LDL-C以及升高HDL-C方面艾灸4组优于艾灸2组和艾灸3组，且都优于艾灸1组（P〈0．05）。结论]不同穴位艾灸对高脂血症大鼠均具有普遍性调节效应，三穴配穴治疗优于两穴及单穴。

The Effect of Moxibustion of Different Acupoint Groups on The High Blood Lipid in Rat Randomized Controlled Study

Objective ] Observe the different effect of Moxibustion of different acupoint groups on the high blood lipid in rat. Method ] The hyperlipemia rat models were feed by feedingstuff of high fattiness.Totally 48SD rats were randomized into 6 groups ： normal control group, hyperlipemia model group , and moxibustion group 1 （ Chungwan, cv12 ）, moxibustion group 2 （ Chungwan, cv12 and Yinlingchuan, sp9 ）, moxibustion group 3 （Chungwan, cv12 and Fenglong, s40）, moxibustion group 4 （Chungwan, cv12 and Yinlingchuan, sp9 and Fenglong, s40 ）, 8 rats in each group. The moxibustion groups were treated respectively with 5 mintues per day and totally 14 days. After treatment, we tested the serum total cholesterol （ TC ）, trigly ceride （ TG ）, low density lipoprotein C （ LDL-C ）, and high density lipoprotein C （ HDL-C ） . Result ] In the hyperlipemia model group , the serum TC, TG, and LDL-C were all in creased, while the HDL-C was decreased.Compared with the normal control group （P〈0.05） .Compared with the hyperlipemia model group , the moxibustion groups could make theTC, TG, and LDL-C decreased and HDL-C increased （P〈0.05） .And in decreasing TG, TC, HDL-C and HDL-C increased the group4 was superior to the group2 and the group3, the the group3 was last one （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] The moxibustion with different moxibustion acupuncture point groups at different dosages is all effective in regulating the blood fat in acute hyperlipemia rats. The 3 acupuncture point group were superior to the 2 cupuncture point group.
