黄药子汤治疗甲状腺结节随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察黄药子汤治疗甲状腺结节疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法．将56例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组29例左甲状腺素钠片（雷替斯1，12．5ug／次，1次/d．无明显不适反应7d后增加至25ug／d，口服。同时监测甲功水平，甲状腺素正常下．据甲状腺激素水平调整左甲状腺素用量．剂量25～100ug／d。治疗组27例黄药子汤（黄药子、牡蛎各15g，丹参、赤芍、青葙子、夏枯草各10g），1剂／d，水煎200mL，早晚口服，每月14剂。服药期间每1～2N复查1次肝功能常规。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、结节大小、生化指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程．判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈1例，显效11例，有效14例，无效1例，总有效率96．27％。对照组痊愈0例，显效4例，有效17例。无效8例，总有效率72．41％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结节缩小幅度、生化指标、症状积分改善治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]黄药子汤治疗甲状腺结节效果显著．值得推广。

Dioscorea Bulbifera Decoction in the Treatment of Thyroid Nodules on Random Parallel Control

Medication during every 1 - 2 weeks check liver function 1 times normal. Continuous treatment with 90d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, nodule size and biochemical indicators, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results ] The treatment group cured 1 cases, effective in 11 cases, effective 14 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 96.27%. The control group 0 cases were cured, 4 cases markedly effective, effective 17 cases, invalid 8 cases, the total efficiency of 72.41%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Nodules shrank, biochemical index, symptom scores improved in treatment group than in control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Airpotato yam Decoction in the treatment of thyroid nodules effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
