补肾壮骨汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察补肾壮骨汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组，对照组40例密钙息，50IU／次，1次／d，肌肉注射。治疗组40例补肾壮骨汤（生地20g，山药、山萸肉、泽泻各15g，茯苓20g，肉桂5g，淫羊藿15g，鹿角胶5g，蛇床子15g，龟板胶10g，巴戟25g，骨碎补15g）1剂／d，水煎100mL，早晚分服。连续治疗180d为l疗程。观测临床症状、骨密度（BMD）、血清（E2）、血清骨型ALP、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效2l例，有效12例，无效8例，总有效率80．50％。对照组显效5例，有效3例，无效31例，总有效率20．50％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。BMD、E2、骨型ALP治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。[结论]补肾壮骨汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松，疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。

Effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[ Objective]To observe the curative effect of osteoporosis Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal women. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled methods, 80 cases of clinic patients according to the order number method and were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 40 cases of calcitonin, 50IU/, I /d, intramuscular injection, 40 cases in the treatment group with Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction （Shengdi 20g, Shanyao, Shanyurou, Ze xie ge 15g, Fuling 20g, Rougui 5g, YinyanghuolSg, Lujiaojiao 5g, Shechuangzi 15g, Guibanjiao 10g, Baji 25g, Gusuibu 15g） 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 100mL, sooner or later the service. Continuous treatment with 180d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, bone mineral density （ BMD ）, serum （ E2 ）, serum bone ALP, adverse reaction. Continuous 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group （21 cases had marked effect, 12 cases effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 80.50%. Control group 5 cases were markedly effective, effective in 3 cases, 31 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 20.50%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈 0.01 ） . BMD, E2, bone ALP treatment group improved better than that of control group （ P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] self efficacy of Bushen Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, satisfaction, no side effect, is worth promoting.
