清眩液离子导入联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型椎-基底动脉供血不足随机平行对照研究

目的]观察清眩液离子导入联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将78例住院患者按随机数字表分为两组，对照组32例长春西丁200mL，1次／d，静滴。治疗组46例清眩液离子导入，1剂／d，水煎450mL，布套浸泡煎好的清眩液两电极板置于大椎穴两侧，10～20min／次，3次／d；西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、TCD、不良反应。治疗1疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈20例，显效16例，有效9例，无效1例，总有效率97．82％。对照组痊愈5例，显效10例，有效5例，无效12例，总有效率62．50％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]清眩液离子导入联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型椎一基底动脉供血不足，疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。
