眩晕病因病机

从先秦两汉到明清，认为此病病位在脑，与肝、脾、肾三脏关系密切。多为风、火、痰、瘀、虚所引起，脾虚化生乏源，或气血不足，或肾精亏虚而导致清窍失养而致；或内外各种致病因素引起风、火、痰、瘀等邪气产生，单独或相兼上犯清空而致。故当根据其病因、病机之不同随证治之。

The Etiology and Pathogenesis of Vertigo

From the period of qin and ban dynasties to ruing and qing dynasties, the understanding of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine to vertigo , inquiry and discussion of the etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo gradually, believes that vertigo is located in the brain , has close relationship with liver, spleen and kidney. It often caused by wind, fire, phlegm, and stasis, or deficiency of nutrition caused by the weakness of spleen, the deficiency of qi and blood and deficiency of the kidney essence. And leads to the denutrition ofupper orifices ; it will also caused by the invasion of every kinds of pathogenic factors like wind, fire, phlegm, stasis and so on to upper orifices respectively or together. So it should be treated by the differentiation of the syndrome, etiology and pathogenesis.
