微创埋线治疗肌萎缩型颈椎病18例临床观察

目的]观察微创埋线治疗肌萎缩型颈椎病疗效。方法]对18例门诊患者微创埋线治疗．选穴：埋线治疗选穴为患侧C5—6，C6-7夹脊穴，肩髑，曲池，手三里，外关，合谷，足三里，局部萎缩明显取阿是穴。操作：一次性埋线针和医用可吸收PPDO线体（规格1／0．10mm）。取适当体位．碘伏消毒．消毒镊子将特制PPDO线体置入一次性埋线针前端．根据穴位不同．左手绷紧或提捏起穴位处皮肤．右手将针快速刺入穴位．得气后．边推针芯边退针体，将线体留置于穴位内．拔出针头后，用棉棒按压穴位，敷以医用胶贴，10d1次。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程（90d），判定疗效。结果]显效6例，有效10例，无效2例，总有效率88．89％。结论]微创埋线治疗肌萎缩型颈椎病效果显著．值得推广。
