针灸治疗肠胃疾病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针灸治疗肠胃疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将74例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组37例辨证分型治疗。寒湿性急性胃肠炎，藿香正气丸；脾虚湿困，参苓白术散；慢性胃炎，柴胡疏肝散；胃脾虚弱，黄芪建中汤；胃阴不足，益胃汤；肝郁化火，丹栀逍遥散；习惯性便秘，番泻叶泡水服用或者麻仁滋脾丸等。治疗组37例针灸，选取急性胃肠炎患者选足三里、胃腧、大肠腧以及中枢等穴位，通过平泻三法在胃腧、大肠腧穴位针灸，通过平补平泻法在足三里穴位针灸。腹胀选中腕穴位；腹泻选天枢穴位；呕吐选上腕、内关穴位；发热选曲池、大椎穴位。1次／d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程，判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例，显效11例，有效5例，无效0例，总有效率100．00％。对照组痊愈13例，显效11例，有效6例，无效7例，总有效率81．08％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]针灸治疗肠胃疾病效果显著，值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. 6 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy . [ Results ] The cure 21 cases , 11 cases markedly effective in 5 cases, 0 cases , the total efficiency 100% . Control group cured 13 cases , 11 cases markedly effective in 6 cases, 7 cases, the total efficiency of 81.08%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Acupuncture treatment of gastrointestinal disease, the effect is significant , worthy of promotion.
