辨证论治消化性溃疡66例临床观察

[目的]观察辨证论治消化性溃疡疗效。[方法]对66例门诊患者辨证论治。肝胃不和，胃脘胀痛、善太息、胃气上逆嗳气、泛酸、情绪不稳定、急躁易怒、舌脉表现肝胃不和、脾胃钠差，柴胡疏肝散（柴胡、川芎、枳实、香附、陈皮、厚朴各10g，白芍、半夏各6g，甘草5g）；脾胃虚寒，胃脘疼痛、纳差、喜食热饮、舌质淡、苔白润，脉细，黄氏健中汤（黄芪30g，白芍20g，桂枝15g，生姜10g，大枣20g，甘草10g）；胃阴不足，胃脘隐痛或灼痛、饥不欲食、口干、大便干燥、舌红少苔、脉细，益胃汤（北沙参、麦冬、生地各15g，玉竹5g，冰糖15g）；脾虚血瘀，胃脘刺痛、可见呕血或黑便、舌质暗紫、脉弦或涩，丹参饮合失笑散（蒲黄炒10g，五灵脂、丹参、檀香各15g，砂仁6g，枳壳20g，丹参、云茯苓、甘草各12g）；以上各方1剂／d，水煎取汁300mL，早晚温服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。[结果]痊愈40例，显效15例，有效8例，无效3例，总有效率95．45％。[结论]辨证论治消化性溃疡效果显著，值得推广。

Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] 40 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly effective, 8 cases, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95.45%. [ Conclusion ] On the treatment of peptic ulcer syndrome differentiation effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
