辨证分型治疗短暂性全面遗忘症

《内经》对健忘治疗奠定了理论基础，“血并于下，气并于上，乱而喜忘”，“血脉和利，精神乃居”。历代医家又有了新认识，朱丹溪日“健忘精神短少者多，亦有痰者”，张仲景谓“阳明证，其人喜忘者，必有蓄血，所以然者，本有久瘀血，故令人喜忘”；健忘多与心脾亏虚、肾精不足有关，亦有因气血逆乱，痰浊上扰所致。治疗首要辨清虚实，虚则主要责之于心、脾、肾的亏虚，实则主要为痰浊、瘀血、肝郁为患，还要注意到虚实挟杂的复杂病理改变。

＂Classic＂ had established the theoretical basis for amnesia. ＂ The blood go down, the qi movement go up, chaos result in amnesia.＂ ＂ The blood smooth, the vigour flush.＂ Many dynastic medical experts had new understanding, ZHU Danxi said： ＂ amnesia and depression, due to phlegm.＂ ZHANG Zhongjing said： ＂ YangMing disease, amnesia, due to blood stasis , sa blood stasis for a long-term, bring about amnesia .＂ Amnesia is caused by deficiency of the heart and spleen, deficiency of kidney-essence, disturbance of qi and the blood, obstruction of the phlegm and dampness. The first of treatment is distinguishing between deficiency syndrome and excess syndrome. Deficiency syndrome is owing to deficiency of heart, spleen and kidney, excess syndrome is owing to phlegm, blood stasis and stagnation of liver-qi. Moreover, we should pay attention to intermingled deficiency and excess.
