溶栓治疗对急性心肌梗死患者血清必需微量元素含量变化的影响

目的:探讨溶栓疗法对急性心肌梗死患者体内10种必需微量元素的影响.方法:选定34例急性心肌梗死患者给予溶栓治疗,测定溶栓前后其血清必需微量元素的含量.结果:治疗前铁、锌、铜含量升高,而锰、硒、铬、钴、镍、钒、钼的含量降低;治疗后铁、锌、铜、锰、钴含量明显降低,而硒、铬、镍、钒、钼均出现升高.结论:溶栓治疗能使急性心梗患者血清微量元素逐步恢复至正常水平,使临床症状出现显著好转.

Influence of Thrombolytic Therapy on the Contents of Essential Trace Elements in Serum in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective: To observe the influence of thrombolytic therapy on the contents of 10 essential trace elements in the sera of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 34 patients with acute myocardial infarction were given thrombolytic treatment and the contents of 10 essential trace elements were determined before and after the treatment. Results: Before the treatment the contents of iron, zinc and copper elevated while the contents of manganese, selenium, chromium, cobalt, nickel, vanadium and molybdenum dropped; after the treatment the contents of iron, zinc, copper, manganese and cobalt decreased significantly while the contents of selenium chromium, nickel, vanadium and molybdenum rose to some extent. Conclusion: thrombolytic therapy can make the levels of trace elements in the sera of patients with acute myocardial infarction return to normal and can improve the clinical symptoms remarkably.
