护理干预对瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术围手术期的影响

目的探讨对瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术的围手术期产妇实行护理干预措施的临床效果。方法对132例瘢痕子宫行再次剖宫产术的患者,按单双号方法随机分为护理干预组和对照组,每组各66例。对照组采取常规方法进行护理,干预组在常规护理基础上对再次剖宫产围手术期的相关影响因素给予针对性护理干预,观察两组患者术前、术中焦虑、抑郁的变化与两组新生儿评分、母乳喂养及并发症(切口感染、子宫破裂、产褥病)发生情况。结果干预前,两组患者焦虑、抑郁差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中护理干预组焦虑、抑郁明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组新生儿评分、母乳喂养率、母乳喂养开始时间显著高于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组切口感染、子宫破裂、产褥病发生率显著低于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术的围手术期产妇实行针对性护理干预措施效果显著,可有效缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,减轻术中疼痛,使患者更好地适应和配合手术;保障母婴的安全利于术后康复,是一项切实可行的护理模式。

Scarred uterus during cesarean section again perioperative nursing intervention evaluation

Objective To investigate the cesarean section scarred uterus again perioperative maternal implement the nursing interventions to evaluate the effects.Methods The patients of our hospital in June 2010 to 2011 in December,132 cases of scarred uterus OK again cesarean section,nursing intervention and control groups were randomly divided into odd and even numbers method,66 cases in each group.The control group to take the conventional method of care,the intervention group received conventional care on the basis of relevant factors on repeat cesarean section perioperative give targeted nursing intervention to observe the change and the two groups of patients were preoperative,intraoperative anxiety,depression score of newborn feeding conditions and complications(incision infection,uterine rupture,puerperal disease)occurrence.Results Before intervention,patients were anxiety,depression was no significant difference(P>0.05);The nursing intervention of anxiety and depression was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);observed in neonatal score,breastfeeding rates were significantly higher than the control;observation group breastfeeding began significantly earlier than the control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group wound infection,uterinerupture the puerperal incidence was significantly lower than the control group;their differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cesarean section scarred uterus again perioperative maternal implement the targeted nursing interventions effective,to be effective in relieving patients with anxiety and depression,to reduce intraoperative pain,and patients to better adapt to and combined with surgery;to protect maternal and childsecurity conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation was a viable model of care.
