经鼻内镜泪囊窝造口自体组织移植泪道再造术后并发症的预防及护理

总结了54例(57眼)经鼻内镜泪囊窝造口唇黏膜移植泪道再造术惠者的护理.本组术后出现鼻出血4例(4眼),急性细菌性结膜炎1例(1眼),2例(2眼)自行意外拔除泪道支架管,经及时处理,均未影响治疗效果.3例(3眼)由于支架管下移致再造口狭窄,2例(2眼)发生再造的泪道阻塞,后经泪道疏通扩张并再次置管治疗,最终治愈.

Prevention and nursing of postoperative complications in patients after endoscopic transnasal lacrimal duct reconstruction with labial mucosa grafting

This paper summarizes the prevention and nursing measures’ of postoperative complications of 54 patients(57 eyes) undergoing endoscopic transnasal lacrimal duct reconstruction with autogenous tissue grafting.The postoperative complications included nasal hemorrhage in 4 cases(4 eyes) and acute bacterial conjunctivitis in 1 case(I eye),unexpected extubation in 2 cases(2 eyes),lacrimal duct stenosis due to tube dislocation in 3 cases(3 eyes),and lacrimal duct obstruction in 2 cases(2 eyes).All the postoperative complications were detected and treated timely.
