麝香海马追风膏质量标准的研究

目的 研究麝香海马追风膏的质量标准.方法 TLC法鉴别当归、川芎；GC法鉴别冰片、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯；RP-HPLC法测定士的宁的含量.含量采用迪马Diamonsil C18色谱柱；流动相为乙腈-0.01mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠与0.02 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾等量混合溶液(用10％磷酸调节pH值至2.8)(25∶75)；流速为1 mL·min-1；检测波长为260nm.结果 鉴别试验和含量测定中,阴性对照均无干扰；含量测定中,士的宁进样量在0.00406～0.4054μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.5％(n=6).结论 所建方法简单、可靠,可用于麝香海马追风膏的质量控制.

Research for Quality Standard of Shexiang Haima Zhuifeng Plaster

Objective To reseach the quality standard of Shexiang Haima Zhuifeng Plaster.Methods TLC method was established for identification of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma.GC method was established for identification of Borneol and Isoborneol,Camphor and Methylsalicylate.RP-HPLC method was established for determination of Strychnine performed on Diamonsil C18 analytical column with acetonitrile-a mixture solution of equal quantities of 0.01 mol·L-1 sodium heptane sulfonate solution and 0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(adjust pH to 2.8 with 10% phosphoric acid)(25∶75) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 260 nm.Results Identification and content tests:negative control non-interference.Content test:the linear range of Strychnine was 0.00406-0.4054 μg(r=0.9999);the average recovery(n=6)was 100.5%.Conclusion The method is convenient,reliable and suitable for the quality control of Shexiang Haima Zhuifeng Plaster.
