慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者氧雾化吸入影响因素的相关性分析

摘    要:目的评估氧气雾化吸入疗法中各种影响因素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者雾化吸入前后动脉血氧饱和度变化的影响。方法对30例采取氧气雾化吸入疗法的COPD患者:①分别选择氧流量为4、5、6、7、8L/min,观察患者雾化吸入前后动脉血氧饱和度变化的情况,并进行统计学处理;②分别采取仰卧位、半卧住、坐位,观察患者雾化吸入前后动脉血氧饱和度变化的情况,并进行统计学处理。结果①无论氧流量大小,雾化后患者的动脉血氧饱和度均增加,与雾化前相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。但在COPD患者进行氧气雾化疗法时,为达到最佳的雾化效果,建议采用氧流量在5~6L/min。②在雾化吸入前做好健康宣教,教会患者正确的卧位(坐位或半卧位),雾化后患者的动脉血氧饱和度均增加,与雾化前比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),能达到最佳雾化效果。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在进行氧气雾化吸入时氧流量在5—6L/min并采取坐位或半卧位能达到最佳雾化效果,是一种有效的雾化吸入方式,值得推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To assess the effects of various factors on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease before and after inhalation of oxygen on the arterial oxygen saturation.Methods For the 30 patients with COPD who were given oxygen inhalation therapy,(1)These patients followed respectively oxygen flow rate of 4,5,6,7,8 L/min,and the arterial oxygen saturation changes were observed before and after inhalation and the results were statistically processed.(2)These patients were supine,semi-supine,sitting,then the arterial oxygen saturation conditions were observed before and after inhalation and the results were statistically processed.Results (1)Regardless of the size of the oxygen flow rate,spray in patients with arterial oxygen saturation was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,in oxygen spray treatment for patients with COPD,in order to achieve the best atomization results,we recommend the oxygen flow rate be the 5~6 L/min.(2)Ask patients to perform the correct supine(sitting or semi-recumbent position).Spray in patients with arterial oxygen saturation was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen atomization inhalation for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can achieve the best effect of atomization at the oxygen flow of 5~6 L/min and in semi-supine or sitting positions,and it is an effective aerosol inhalation which is worthy of promotion and application.
