某公司油脂生产项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的识别、分析和评价油脂生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素的种类、危害程度及职业病危害防护措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法进行定性、定量分析和评价。结果打包机套袋操作位工人及白土投加工接触的粉尘的超限倍数计算结果超标,分别为4.088、2.600,其他各工种接触的粉尘、化学物质的浓度均低于国家职业卫生标准;榨油厂巡检工接触的噪声强度超标,其他各工种接触的噪声强度均低于国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。

Control effect of occupational hazards for the project of oil production in an enterprise

Objective To identify,analyze and assess the possible type,level and preventive measures of occupational hazard in process of oil production.Methods Field investigation and occupational hazard monitoring were carried out,qualitative and quantitative evaluation were applied.Results The calculated result of excursion limits of dust during packer manipulating and adding clay were 4.088 and 2.600,exceeding the national standards.The concentrations of dust and chemicals of other jobs were lower than the occupational exposure limits.Noise equivalent sound level during oil refining worker inspection exceeded the national standards allowable limits,noise equivalent sound levels of other jobs were lower than the occupational exposure limits.Conclusion The preventive measure for the project meets the requirements of national standards.From the occupational hygiene analysis,the project is feasible.
