社区健康教育对老年2型糖尿病患者社会支持及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨实施社区健康教育对老年2型糖尿病患者社会支持及生活质量的影响.方法 将67例患者按首次住院先后顺序分为两组,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,两组患者在常规治疗的同对接受健康教育.观察组在此基础上对患者出院后实施社区健康教育,包括心理沟通、专科疾病知识讲解和生活指导.在患者出院时、出院后第8周采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和生活质量量表(WHO QOL-BREF)对两组患者进行评分.结果 出院时两组患者社会支持评分和生活质量评分差异无统计学意义.实施社区健康教育后,社会支持和生活质量各指标评分观察组明显优于对照组.结论 对老年2型糖尿病患者实施社区健康教育,可提高患者的社会支持水平,全面提高患者的生活质量.

Social Support and Life Quality Influence of Community Health Education to Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

OBJECTIVE To investigate social support and quality of life in patients with diabetes after implementation of community health education.METHODS 67 patients according to the order of first hospitalization were divided into two groups,single number for the control group,two-numbers for the control group.Two groups of patients in routine treatment receive health education,the control group patients received community health education after discharged,including psychological communication,specialist knowledge of the disease and living guide.In the patients discharged and 8 weeks after discharge,use social support rating scale(SSRS)and quality of life questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)to score the two groups of patients.RESULTS The difference of social support score and quality of life score of two groups of patients discharged from the hospital was not statistically significant.After the implementation of community health education,social support and quality of life score of the observe group was significantly higher than the control group. CONCLUSION Implementation of community health education in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the patient’s level of social support and quality of life.
