舒血宁注射液联合针刺治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床观察

目的:观察舒血宁注射液联合针刺治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床疗效。方法:将150例脑梗死急性期患者随机均分为3组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,中药组加用舒血宁注射液,针药组在中药组基础上加用针刺治疗,比较3组临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分及血液流变学指标改善情况。结果:针药组临床疗效及神经功能缺损程度评分改善均显著优于中药组和对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学指标改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),与中药组疗效相近(P>0.05)。3组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论:舒血宁注射液联合针刺治疗脑梗死恢复期患者疗效确切,且安全性较好。

Clinical Observation of Shuxuening Injection Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction in Convalescence Patients

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shuxuening Injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction in convalescence.METHODS:150 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 3 groups,control group(50 cases) received routine western medicine,Chinese medicine group(50 cases) were treated with Shuxuening injection,groups of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group(50 cases) based on the use of acupuncture treatment,compared of clinical efficacy,degree of neurological deficit scores and the improvement of blood rheology among 3 groups.RESULTS:The clinical efficacy of acupuncture and neurological deficit scores improved significantly better than the Chinese group and the control group(P<0.05);blood rheology improved than the control group(P<0.05),with similar efficacy of Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).There were no serious ADRs found among 3 groups.CONCLUSION:Shuxuening injection combined with acupuncture is effective and safety in the treatment of cerebral infarction in convalescence.
