| 摘 要： | 目的 观察拜唐苹对两型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法 将门诊及住院患者 12 0例 ,随机分为两组 ,每组各 6 0例 ,A组为治疗组 (服用拜唐苹 ) ,B组为对照组 (服用优降糖 ) ,服用 6周。结果 A组 6 0例患者中 ,总有效率 98 3% ,B组 6 0例患者中总有效率 4 6 7% ,A、B两组治疗效果有高度显著性差异P <0 .0 1。结论 拜唐苹治疗 2型糖尿病能显著降低餐后血糖 ,不良反应小 ,效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To Study the clinical efficacy of lowering blood glucose of Batangping in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 cases in-and out-patients were divided into 2 groups,60 cases each group,group A (treatment group)was administrated with Baitangping,but group B(control group) was administrated with glybenclamide for 6 weeks.Results The total efficacy rate of group A is 98.3%,but that of group B is 46.7%.There is significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Baitangping in treatment of type 2 Diabetes mellitus can significantly lower blood glucose after eating,less adverse effect and more efficacy. |
