龙胆草提取物抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨龙胆草提取物抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用。方法:160只小鼠随机分成4组:对照组,龙胆草大、中、小剂量组,龙胆草提取物灌胃给药,对照组以等体积生理盐水灌胃。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀的方法,测定耳片的重量差;用冰醋酸致小鼠的扭体次数,测定小鼠的扭体反应次数:采用常压耐氧法记录小鼠耐缺氧时间;采用比色分析法测定游泳45min后小鼠肝糖原及血清乳酸含量。结果:龙胆草提取物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀有抑制作用,能减少冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数,延长缺氧情况下的存活时间,小鼠游泳45min后肝糖原的含量明显增加、乳酸含量明显减少,与对照组比较均有显著性差异。结论:龙胆草提取物具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammation,analgesic,anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue effects of the extract of Gentiana scabra Bye.Methods:160 mice were randomly divided into control group and small, middle, large dosage groups, extract of Gentiana scabra Bye. were given orally. Measuring swelling degrees of ear flaps induced by xylene, measuring number of times of mice twisting body response induced by acetic acid. Record mice anti-anoxia survival times. Meanwhile, the contents of lactate and glycogen were measured by colorimetric method after swimming 45 minutes.Results:Gentiana scabra Bye. inhibited swelling induced by xylene in the ear of mice, reduced frequency of twisting body response induced by acetic acid, prolong the anoxia survival times, increased the content of glycogen and decreased the content of lactate after swimming 45 minutes. These were significant difference between control group and small, middle, large dosage groups.Conclusion:Extract of Gentiana scabra Bye. has certain accuse inflammation,analgesic, anoxia and fatigue effects.
