眼膏在预防碘伏刺激反应中的临床应用研究

目的 了解颌面外科手术患使用碘伏消毒后眼部出现红、肿、痛等反应的发生情况及预防方法。方法 随机分为两组，对照组在使用碘伏消毒前眼部未涂眼膏，实验组在使用碘伏消毒前眼部涂眼膏。观察术后眼部症状的发生情况及2组间反应发生率。结果 试验组眼部反应发生率明显低于对照组．小儿效果更为明显。结论 使用碘伏消毒前预防性应用眼膏，有助于降低患术后眼部反应的发生率．有效地减轻患术后不适。

Clinical Use of Oculentum in the Prevention of Irritating Reactions from Iodophor

Objective: To observe redness, swelling and pain of the eyes in patients who used iodophor disinfection in maxillofacial surgery,and to seek methods of prevention. Methods The pa- tients were randomized into two groups, the control group, who did not use oculentum before iodophor disinfection, and the study group, who used oculentum. Results Occurrence of eye reac- tions of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control,and this preventive effect was even more evident in young children. Conclusion Preventive use of oculentum before iodophor disinfection reduced eye reactions and attenuated postoperative discomfort of the patients effectively.
