MRI在神经白塞综合征诊疗中的应用

目的　探讨神经白塞综合征脑部病理变化与临床神经系统表现的相互关系 ,为此病的早期诊治提供依据。方法　采用MRI对患者颅脑进行检查 ,以发现脑部病变部位、性质、程度等异常变化 ,与临床症状体征结合分析。结果　本文结果证实神经白塞综合征患者脑部都有相应的病理改变 ,MRI检查结果均有明显的影象学变化 ,并与症状体征相对应。结论　神经白塞综合征可通过MRI检查发现脑部早期病理改变 ,为此病的早诊断、早治疗提供依据 ,对治疗效果与预后均有重要价值。

Application of MRI in patients with neuro-Behcet syndrome

Objective To research the relationship between the pathological changes of brain and clinical neurological symptoms in patients with Neuro-Behcet Syndrome(NBS),these changes and symptoms are the evidences of NBS for early diagnosis and treatment.Methods The brain in patients with NBS were examined with MRI.Doctor will consider the cerebral pathological changes and the clinical symptoms.Results There were significant pathological changes in brain in patients with NBS.These cerebral pathological changes are relative evidences to the clinical neurological symptoms.Conclusion The pathological cerebral changes in patients with NBS were examined early with MRI.These results of the examination are the evidences for early diagnosis and treatment of this disease,and are important significance for treating effect and prognosis in patients with NBS.
