氟脱氧葡萄糖SPECT符合探测显像在胰腺癌诊断中的应用

目的 了解18氟-氟代脱氧葡萄糖SPECT符合探测(18F-fluorodeoxyglucose coincidence imaging，18F-FDG-CoDe)在胰腺肿瘤诊断中的作用。方法 30例临床怀疑胰腺肿瘤病人行常规影像检查(conventional imaging studies，CIS)及18F-FDG-CoDe检查，诊断结果分别与术后病理对照。结果 96．3％胰腺肿瘤病人18F-FDG-CoDe扫描阳性，而88．9％的胰腺肿瘤病人CIS检查为阳性结果。结论 18F-FDG-CoDe用于胰腺占位病灶术前诊断行之有效，可作为手术方法选择的可靠依据，值得推广使用。

Application of 18F-FDG-CoDe in diagnosis of pancreatic malignancy

Objective To assess the reliability of 18F fluorodeoxyglucose dual head camera coincidence imaging of single photon emission computerized tomography (18F FDG CoDe) in diagnosis of pancreatic malignancy. Methods In a 15 month period, 30 patients with a suspected tumor of the pancreas received 18F FDG CoDe in addition to conventional imaging studies (CIS) and CA 19 9 assay. The Results of 18F FDG CoDe were visually and semiquantitativly analyzed using the target/background ratio. Results Of 27 patients with pancreatic malignancy, 26 (96 3%) were positive for 18F FDG CoDe. Only 24 patients (88 9%) were positive for CIS. Conclusions 18F FDG CoDe is of high accuracy in diagnosis and staging of pancreatic malignancy in the preoperative evaluation of patients with suspected pancreatic tumor. A positive result of 18F FDG CoDe strongly suggests malignancy.
